Does this sound like you?
You don't need to be in crisis to begin.
Living far from home
You moved abroad or live between two cultures. You miss home, you feel you belong nowhere, and talking about your feelings in a second language just isn't the same.
¿Hablás español?
Si sos argentino o hispanohablante y vivís afuera, hacemos la terapia en tu idioma, con alguien que entiende de dónde venís.
Your teenager
They shut down, you don't know how to reach them, and you're worried. Sometimes a teenager needs someone outside the family who listens without judging. I also work with teens going through that stage.
Something you can't let go of
A loss, grief, something that happened and still weighs on you. Anxiety that won't go away. Relationship patterns that keep repeating. There are tools to work through it, at your own pace.
It's also a space to ask yourself about who you are, your relationships and what you want from your life.
How I work
I listen first. Then we choose the path.
Integrative psychotherapy combines different approaches instead of fitting you into a single one. Every person is different, so the process is built around you.
I don't give advice. I help you understand what's happening to you, why it's happening, and find the tools to feel better.

EMDR
Helps process memories that still hurt as if they were happening today: trauma, grief, accidents, loss. It's recommended by the World Health Organization for post-traumatic stress, and it can be done online.
Therapeutic hypnosis
A state of deep relaxation and focus, like getting lost in a good film. You stay aware and in control the whole time. It helps with anxiety, fears and habits.
Creativity and movement
When words are hard to find, drawing, music or movement open another door. No drawing or singing skills needed.
Bach flower remedies
Optional complementFlower essences some people choose to accompany their process. Always as a complement to therapy, never a replacement.

How does online therapy work?
By video call, wherever you are, with the same privacy as in my office. All you need is a quiet place and a good connection.
Can I do therapy in English?
Yes. I work in English and Spanish. And if you find yourself mixing both languages at some point, that's fine too.
What is the first call like?
It's short and free. You tell me what's going on, I tell you how I work, and we decide whether to continue. No commitment.
Is what I say confidential?
Yes. Everything said in session is protected by professional confidentiality. What is said there, stays there.
Do I need to be in crisis to start?
Many people come with something specific that weighs on them, and others come to know themselves better, reflect on their relationships or on what they want from life. Both are good reasons.
How long does therapy last?
It depends on each person and on what they want to work on. We review it together along the way.
Taking the first step is also a way of caring for yourself.
